<![CDATA[Kaboom! My tire blows at 140mph at Cali (General Sportbike Discussion)]]> http://www.socal-sportbikes.com/xmb/viewthread.php?tid=61769 Topped out in 5th passing another rider just under the Suzuki Bridge I saw something shiny...and than hit it...BOOOOM! Bike went sideways, straight, wiggled tried to toss me off.. It blew a quarter size hole in the Bridgestone slick and tire went down immediately, the control rider behind me thought I was headed to the moon. I really though it ripped an oil line or something...Saved it though

Oh well, Ran the Pirelli ex Chris Ulrich rear slick with a Bridgestone slick front...bad combo

<![CDATA[Car ran red light, I hit it, should I sue? (General Sportbike Discussion)]]> http://www.socal-sportbikes.com/xmb/viewthread.php?tid=61774
should I sue?

my bike's disc rotor is bent, handle bar is pointing 10 degrees off, steering travel limiter cracked. body wise I'm ok but my wrist is a little sore.

even if the bike is not declared salvage it'll lose value when I disclose the accident at selling time.

<![CDATA[My '08 Honda CBR600 Orange/Black Stolen Today @ Work (General Sportbike Discussion)]]> http://www.socal-sportbikes.com/xmb/viewthread.php?tid=61647
Just wanted to put it out there and see if this helps to recover bike but I doubt it.

My 2008 Honda CBR600 Orange/Black was stolen at work today in Culver City, CA. The building's surveillance cameras caught the act but the silver Dodge or Chrysler MiniVan took off their plates. They seemed to be 3 large white males with a dolly. It took them less than 45 seconds to complete the entire act. These guys are professionals.

I wish I spent the $1,000 to get LoJack. I loved that bike.
